You’ve made more restrictions with your updates and people are still facing the same previous issues. Why not invest in fixing these problems instead of creating those restrictions and updates

I heard about this service Ava it worked great for getting to the bus.

Some flaws but it continues to get better and for its purpose there’s no comparison.

Works, barely. Doesn’t matter if you save your payment options, it still asks you to input when requesting ride. Doesn’t allow you to save your home address, notes, or frequent location requests (even transit centers) so you have to type them out each time. Drop a pin doesn’t work because driver doesn’t see the pin or even the same map you do. Had them drive right by me several times. Once you request a ride (before they find a driver) there is no button to contact customer service. There needs to be some sort of panic button. The service is great but this app needs a lot of work.

Every driver and actual ride I’ve taken has been awesome. This app has problems. There’s no way to know if a driver is 2 minutes away or 45 and I keep getting dropped after 10 minutes waiting and I have to call their service line. The app also detects my dropoff which is near the edge of the covered area as occasionally outside the area. I can’t type in the address either it doesn’t accept it. The cancel ride button is in a very easily accidentally pressed spot and the i. App notifications don’t work. I usually get a call from one of the exceptional and fantastic drivers.

This app works great once your transit system works with them. Then you just need to make sure you are in a service zone.

This is a GREAT app idea. As someone who is blind or visually impaired having to order a Lyft or Uber for $20 sometimes multiple times a day really starts to weigh on my wallet. This app that provides rides for super cheap is ESSENTIAL. I do think it needs more work though. Please fix and I will mass share it on social media!!!

This app used to work great, but now I cannot even use it. I had a previous Version but was forced to install the latest update and now when I try to launch it it just crashes.(iOS 14.7)
