Description

Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) had introduced GOKL free bus service as an initiative to encourage public transport utilisation among locals and tourists by providing a reliable, accessible, safe and comfortable bus service within Kuala Lumpur City. Among its main objectives are as follows:
- Prioritise B40 category users.
- Reduce traffic congestion by extending its services covering high density and high demand areas.
- Providing alternatives transportation in Commercial Business District (CBD).
- Reduct carbon footprint.
Currently, GOKL free bus service operations covering 7 strategic routes within the city and shall be expanded in future.
