Once in a while it does go down, but don’t think you can avoid that, but when it’s up which is 95 percent of the time, I love it! -- Happiest Member for 2 decades, 2024-10-26 ### ***-- "Convenient… most of the time" When this app works- it’s great. But when it doesn’t work- it makes me want to switch to freaking Wells Fargo bc at least then the app won’t freeze every time I schedule a bank transfer or take a pic of a check. It does this glitch where the whole calendar doesnt pull up. Banking apps don’t need to be fancy but this one is very basic, and I’d say things work 70% of the time. But that 30 percent makes me want to start paying $5 fees at a big bank lol. -- XplosiveAdditude, 2024-10-10 ### ***-- "Can’t remove old linked accounts" Other linked accounts won’t refresh. And I can’t remove them so they muddy my feed. -- Icanflyalso, 2024-09-10 ### ***** "Come one come all" Customer since 2016 Well this bank being helpful -- Rilange, 2024-08-23 ### ***** "Great App" Easy to use, and clean looking interface. Good job. -- General Pen, 2024-08-01 ### ***-- "Some updates better. Some changes for the worst." I’ve been using this app for quite a few years now. Overall, I have seen some improvements in functionality. Recently, however I find the updates often make the app less useful. For example, it is no longer possible to edit the dollar amount or the payment date for a scheduled payment using Bill Pay. If you want to do that, you have to go through the Goldenwest website, which is a huge hassle. Also, I noticed with the latest update that now the app isn’t even listed in my app library although it does show up on my phones main screen. For the last year or two, I have not been getting alerts until and unless I open the app, at which point I don’t need the alert anymore. When I finally do get the alert, once I’m already in the app, the message is truncated on my phone screen where there’s plenty of real estate, but I can read the entire alert on my watch for some reason. That makes no sense. It is nice to be able to download statements from the phone app, but why can’t I manage my CDs from the Phone app the way I can with my other credit union? Overall, it’s a decent app, but it seems like every update takes away more functionality than it adds. -- Wren421, 2024-07-22 ### ****- "Updates" It’s still a little glitchy, but better than it was. I wish weekend and holiday amounts were real time. It’s hard to guess your actual account amounts. -- Oh311, 2024-07-13 ### ***** "Customer Service" They go above & beyond with a professional attitude -- Hopi Jo, 2024-07-03 [View all Goldenwest Mobile Banking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Goldenwest Mobile Banking Discovered Keywords - west union bank mobile - dakota west cu - golden west ## Apps Similar to Goldenwest Mobile Banking - [UCCU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/uccu-mobile-vsb/united-states) - [Cyprus CU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/cyprus-cu-mobile-banking-fXc/united-states) - [Canyon View Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/canyon-view-credit-union-ZYc/united-states) - [Mountain America CU](https://apptail.io/app/mountain-america-cu-EzI/united-states) - [Utah First Digital Banking](https://apptail.io/app/utah-first-digital-banking-Xjbb/united-states) - [Zions Bank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/zions-bank-mobile-banking-kCdb/united-states) - [America First Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/america-first-credit-union-zKdb/united-states) - [Xpress Bill Pay](https://apptail.io/app/xpress-bill-pay-DKdb/united-states) - [Intercap Lending App](https://apptail.io/app/intercap-lending-app-MUKb/united-states) - [Wasatch Peaks Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/wasatch-peaks-credit-union-CPqm/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
