iPad

Got an iPad and mount for my golf cart and I can’t stand how cheap the app looks on iPad. Need landscape mode and the app needs to take up the whole screen. Not half with a black border. Might cancel my membership and use uswing after this.

Love it!

I’ve tried many apps and this one is the best for accuracy, ease of use, and data. If you happen to find that a course is missing it’s easy to add, or customer service will do it for you within a day or so.

Outstanding customer support

I broke a golf pad tag while installing. The customer service was quick to respond and sent me 3 new tags. Great company and product

Great golf app!!

I have had this app for a few months now and I LOVE it!! It is great because it shows you the hole and then distances as well! I did get the subscription for my Apple Watch and it works great! Definitely worth my money!! I hope to see maybe like a mini hole layout on the screen of my Apple Watch because the distance that says “plays like” isn’t very helpful but I still really recommend!

Very inconsistent

I was good with the Golf Pad app until I added the tags that are sold separately. For the life of me, they just don’t work. After setting up my clubs. I have found when playing around and trying to enter your clubs, they will only scan them about 50% of the time. I would not recommend adding the tags to your golf clubs.

Limited Value

This app is loaded with features that are simply too complicated to use. I have no idea how to correct a score once it is entered and the online instructions are of little value. Worst of all, it is not accurate for some of the best local courses. I would request a refund if I could figure out how.

Great app!!

I went from a 29 to a 21 handicap over the last 3 months with this app. I don’t play a shot without it. Once it learns your distance it’s nearly spot on. I am nearly pin high on every approach shot. If they make an app to help with the left/right part of the game I would buy that too. Bang for the buck you can’t beat this app. Will be getting the tags soon as well. I love it.

Can’t exit app

I have used this app for years and love it. It is the least complicated and most responsive of them. However, a few months ago a bug has crept in. I cannot exit the app from my watch. I exit it on my phone, but when I use the sequence for exit, it just reloads on the watch. I have tried every approach. I turned my phone and watch off several times. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothin has worked.

Great GPS app

Just switched from SwingU and played a round with this. The yardages loaded instantly, were accurate, and I could switch between apps or lock my phone and they stayed loaded. SwingU had such a delay which ruined the vibe. Golf Pad from now on.

Too difficult

The app works fine when there are no glitches. Unfortunately the glitches are numerous with no obvious recovery options
