I really rate this app, stuffed full of really useful lessons for ALL Levels. I used to hold the stick (sorry club) properly, to using each club, and then to get my score down. Well worth it folks

Having just made the annual golf pass purchase I’ve been prompted to download the app to watch the content that is part of the subscription. Unfortunately, I am unable to watch anything on the app and am shown a pop up for a duplicate payment. The content plays fine on browser so it seems to be a problem with the app. Happy to update my review if this issue is addressed but at the moment it is unusable

For the last couple of months my account has intermittently stopped me from watching videos and not displaying tee time credits, despite paying for the top level plan. Spoke to somebody on the phone who simply repeated what I already knew - that I have a paid subscription for 12 months and it should all work. They promised to share with their manager and call me back. No call back but the account “magically” started working again - for all of a week then every time I click on a video I’m promoted to pay a monthly fee once more. This is really poor and needs to be fixed please. I’d like to receive an extension on the subscription as I’m not getting full value - the videos are a key part of the reason why I signed up. Thanks

Can’t access tee time credits as it sends you straight to the Home Screen

Payment never went through after 7 day free trial. Spoke to GolfPass who then asked me to authorise the transaction in my mobile banking app. Did that and they claimed it still hadn’t gone through! Phoned the bank and they said GolfPass themselves reversed the payment! Avoid this app.

Wished you could save things and have more you can keep has favourites. If there is could someone please tell or show me how.

I took up golf in the past couple of months and subscribed to GolfPass through the apple store. I wanted to watch on my Apple TV so downloaded the app and logged in, all seemed fine that day. The next day I went to continue watching and videos were locked, when clicking on them it was asking my for another £4.99, so after much logging out, back in and app restarts it eventually allowed me to watch. Then a couple of days later it happened again, but no amount of logging out, in, or app restarting is allowing me access to the videos and it just keeps asking for £4.99. I have now cancelled my sub, I shouldn’t have to spend this amount of time arsing around just to get access to the content I paid to watch.

I find it extremely annoying to have to keep rotating the iPad to watch anything. If there is a landscape view - it should come as the default view

The app continually loses my membership details so I can’t watch most of the videos. I am unable to find an answer to this problem and so have not been able to use this app, very annoying.

I have tried without success to cancel my subscription to this App since I got it. They don’t answer the telephone help desk, don’t respond to emails and don’t answer written letters. How do I get my money back. I would give this zero stars if I could.
