Have used the free version for over a year in the UAE. Keeps track of score perfectly well and calculates handicap. Distances shown are quite reliable. Knows all courses that I play around here. Recording of scores could be a bit easier, too many clicks. Data exchange with friends only possible in the paid version.
The App is really easy to use. It sync in nicely and loads all the local courses in a jiffy.
I just got the one month upgrade, and nothing has changed. I received confirmation of my payment, restarted the app and my device. The app still has the 'get pro' button. Please respond with a solution or refund.
woW!
Like the function that tells you what club to hit or what you need to hit to lay up to desired distance. Don't like the swipe screen to access the page to enter your score as if you don't drag all the way across it stays on the hole view page, sounds simple but very fiddly in practice! I won't be paying 30 bucks a year in essence for it to tell me what club to hit from 150 yards! Golfshot gives enough info for your brain to tell you what to hit. Not worth the money.
I enjoyed this app until the last few months when the ads became overwhelming. Sometimes I can’t even start the app on the course because the ads get in the way of opening the app.
Better than average, I’m still learning how it works but so far I’m unable to see my distances after each shot. Perhaps if there was a tutorial it would help.
Pretty good app until last couple weeks. Way too many ads making it difficult to use.
Yardage is better than my range finder and is exact with other apps.
