I have requested two pieces of assistance recently - both updates to imagery, one in the Dominican Republic and one in Scotland - and both were conducted very quickly and extremely efficiently by Alicia - this is one of my favourite and most used Apps and I thoroughly recommend it !!
I’ve been using Golfshot Plus for 12 years and it has been a great tool for distance and scoring - almost a must for any new course you go to. Highly recommended!!
Firstly I’d like to start by saying I love Golfshot and have been a paid user for 13 years! When SWING ID was announced I upgraded to Pro but despite many many emails to support over the last few weeks, it simply does not work. There is another review stating similar and the developer response was ‘it’s new and we’re working out the bugs’. In my world you don’t release something that doesn’t work! Cannot get a refund despite asking. So just beware if you’re thinking of upgrading
I’ve been using Golfshot Plus for a few years and find it incredibly good for established courses. What impressed me recently was when I fed through data from two new courses in a remote area of Portugal. Customer Service worked v hard to identify, map and log the data. Extremely helpful and personal service.
I got this for Swing ID. It doesn’t work for me, still got bugs. Contacted Support but they couldn’t help. I regret upgrading. The rest of the App is good though.
Been using on and off for years (updated) yet they have all the holes on my course measured incorrectly. Better apps out there I guess. Shame really because it started off well. To be fair, got a response asking me to email course updates even though I had already told them and now they want me to do their job too. Shockingly bad really.
Thought I had a problem with the images on a particular course. Contacted support team and gave me the advice to correct the issue immediately within the App. All done within hours. Thanks Alicia.
I have downloaded so many golf apps and this is by far the best. Firstly, it is a mile ahead of other apps when it comes to ease of use. The interface is so simple, it takes 5-10 seconds per hole to update your score, clubs used, penalties, number of putts and how accurate your driver is. Secondly, it works really on my Apple Watch to a point where sometimes, I will just use the watch app only and leave my iPhone in my bag. And finally, if your local golf course changes the handicap, the name of the course or your club is not on their database, just create a ticket via the app and you will receive a reply very quickly and a resolution. It really is worth the money and I have been using this app since 2012 so it has 20 years of stats. Very helpful.
This is an amazing app that is so simple to use, so accurate and really supports a golfer. The support team behind the app are always there if needed providing helpful answers around complex handicap issues ensuring the app is accurate on any course.
I notified them of an issue regarding a ditch on our course that wasn’t shown on the app. They responded very quickly to my message and updated the hole within a couple of days. Excellent for an app that is free.👍
