GolfTrak: Phone Launch Monitor

I have downloaded the app expecting to be able to use all of the features in the Pro version in the 7 day trial. Having tried it whilst playing and monitoring 11 shots. The only thing I seem to have been able to see was a ball speed on one shot of 83mph and nothing else. I opted to upload the shots to the portal. There doesn’t appear to be anywhere to allow you to access the portal and see any shots uploaded without taking out the subscription. I think I will save my money and delete the app. No point in a free trial if you cannot see what the app will provide for the money. I have opted to receive updates but I think it may be this app is a dead duck before it starts if users cannot see what they getting for their money. I had also received a code from golf shot which would have given 3 months free added to the annual subscription of course this didn’t work either. Very disappointed I have now taken out a 12 month subscription for the Pro version and yes the free 3 month code worked. However the app still treats me as a free subscription and all I can get is one shot speed which is the same for every shot and club. The subscription is shown in my App Store and will renew at the end of the 3 month trial. When trying to restore the app it says no subscription found. I will be cancelling it well before December if unable to actually see that the app does what it says it should do. I used the support tab and after 24 hours absolutely no contact from the support team other than an auto reply. Still disappointed.

Does not work it will not stabilise when sat behind the ball. Just keeps spinning

The app confirmed that I had a pro subscription, albeit via an introductory 7 day offer. It did not give me any option to see shot history and seemed to delete each shot as it prepared for another, ie exactly as the free version does. Interestingly, the one analysis I did see said I hit the ball 325 yards - how do I know that error was was a one off and not just a random number? The help bot told me to navigate to the (non-existent) shot history section. As this is also quite time consuming to set up, I feel this ap has been a complete waste of my time. I have cancelled the subscription.

I went on the app but nothing worked and I couldn’t do anything

First off it was a pain in the *** to setup. Paid for the E6 subscription. Paid for the monthly deal and did not get access to it until my second months subscription. I’ve used exact measurements to set it up, used the phone camera to set it up. I’ve had my phone as low at 2 inches up to 10 inches, and maybe only 2 or 3 balls get tracked if I’m lucky. Fully charged, half charged, almost dead. Great WiFi connection. The app has the current update, some one help please! I really want this app to work🙏🙏🙏

Neat concept. I don’t have any launch monitor values to compare it to, but seems like it could be a fun option in the winter months while the courses are closed. 3 stars to start, having trouble getting the E6 linked up. I will mention I had to switch emails due to already having an E6 account and them not linking up. It did update and give me the option to link to E6 with my initial email provided. I’ll update review once I’m able to try the GolfTrak app with E6.

The app is really buggy and I never got the E6 license for testing. I emailed about it and never received any response. I guess they don’t live up to their promises.

Unfortunately I can’t give a real review of the app, because I keep encountering a “server error” when I try to create an account. The in-app troubleshooting was useless for this issue, and the developers have not answered my email about it. Disappointed!

This application has a lot of issues. And needs to be fixed before releasing and charging people for the app. It consistently crashes and does not stay running at all. I would recommend not using this application until they fix all the bugs and ensure that the consistency is there while using the application.
