Create a trip by typing or speaking your destination, confirm your route, and display a secure Join PIN or GoLiner QR so passengers can join. Once passengers join, they can share a GoLiner Safety Link with trusted contacts for greater journey visibility and reassurance. FOR REGULAR PASSENGER TRIPS • Create and start trips quickly • Enter a destination by typing or using voice assistance • Display a rotating passenger Join PIN and universal GoLiner QR • View joined passengers and trip activity • Monitor the current route, vehicle and passenger count • Keep authorised journey updates active while the app is in the background • End completed trips and review trip history FOR GOLINER SAFEGUARD SCHOOLRUN • View school-assigned runs • Accept and manage one active run at a time • Confirm the assigned driver and bus assistant • Navigate to student pickup and drop-off stops • Record arrivals, boarding, no-shows and handovers • Validate the parent Safety PIN before boarding a child • Complete every required student record before ending a run • Receive updated run, escort and team information without restarting the app DRIVER AND VEHICLE MANAGEMENT Drivers can complete their profile, register vehicle information, join parks and routes, accept company invitations and maintain a verified digital record of their trip activity. GoLiner Driver also includes clear location-permission guidance to help drivers keep authorised trip visibility active during live journeys. Background location may be used during an active passenger trip or SchoolRun so authorised viewers can continue receiving journey updates when the app is not open. GoLiner helps drivers create a reliable digital journey record.
