Asked me
To upgrade to esim. Followed the process to the t. But cannot sort this out on the app. Even after going through the process 3-4 times. Keeps telling me can’t complete the process and have to contact chat. Contact chat agent. Spent another 30mins to no avail. The. Agent disappeared. Said having high call volume. What a sad provider. Process is immature. Bugs not sorted. Agents not trained.

Would genuinely give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a physical sim, and they somehow messed up the delivery. Called singpost, who informed me that gomo placed the wrong address. Tried to reschedule the delivery but the app delivers an error message. Now I cant even order a new sim, and im stuck without one. I needed this sim card urgently. Absolutely terrible service.

Change Of App was not well communicated.

No proper transition plan/support scheme .
Closure of 5G NSA services, expect existing client to pay for full purchase and delivery fee of the new 5G supported SIM card. Otherwise customer despite paying for 5G plan, will be downgraded to 4G because the sim card is 4G.

The worst that can happen is when you are talking to CS and then the chatbot just keeps crashing. And then it terminates all the last conversation you’ve had and you’ll need to do everything all over again… this is not an upgrade of app, it’s a downgrade

I didn’t even know I had to download a new Gomo app. Only found out after my old app said my number is not a GOMO number. And then the new app is buggy! Duh. Great.

The latest update to GOMO has really made things worse. Not only is the app now requiring an unnecessary PIN for basic actions, but the reception has also become way more intermittent than it used to be. 
It used to be reliable, but now I’m constantly dealing with poor signal or sudden disconnections. Furthermore, the chat functionality keeps crashing the app when I want to contact the customer service too?

It’s frustrating how much more complicated and unreliable the app has become. Please fix this!

Was told by GOMO to get a new SIM due to the stoppage of 5G support on 4G SIM. I received the physical SIM and activation email. After that it has been 3 evenings of wasted time with terrible customer service officers. I was kept waiting inbetween every message, upwards of 10mins at times. They keep repeating the same steps even though I sent a summary message of the steps I have taken. The most egregious thing I encountered is a customer service officer named Jhon, who outright blocked me from sending messages after a justified crashout because I spent hours trying to fix a problem that GOMO made.
