## GOMO Classic Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Bad service provider"
App was not working where I couldn’t add a new payment card.

Spoke live chat agent Michael. Not only was he unable to resolve the issue, but was not responsive. Each response took close to 5mins before gets back with a standardised response. Never using GOMO again.
-- CJX12394, 2024-12-28

### *---- "No helpline"
Where is your helpline?
-- trycancel, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Terrible support"
Omg they just cut my number without telling me
-- westervald, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Useless app like SingTel"
Help line doesn’t provide help. App doesn’t work. what a perfect extension to SingTel.
-- Boulvine, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Unable to open the apps"
I have been waiting for the paste to load for more than 15 minutes, only shows me the GOMO page, that's all.

This is my first time using GOMO, it's so disappointed
-- ahoo_, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Issue with app"
Unable to login after requesting OTP.. it shows blank page
-- Stay healthy always, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Why need wifi for app to work"
Why do one need to connect to wifi for the app to work? Does the app consume a lot of data. Please advise?
-- sytghiyg, 2024-12-06

### *---- "App stuck on loading screen"
I’m not able to load at all, tried mobile data, wifi etc and the app is just stuck on the loading screen forever. I just switched over to gomo and now I can’t even use the app???
-- Real user person, 2024-11-21

### *---- "24/7 Chat Support"
The chat support is horrendous. That’s why the plans are affordable. They need to improve on this big time!
-- Michael Rama, 2024-11-20

### *---- "a lot of fuss"
my new line with new number got terminated for no apparent reason, just got it for 2 days.
