## GoModesto! Description
GoModesto! is a communication tool that allows residents of the City to easily connect with government services. It helps residents by expediting service requests, instantly routing them to the appropriate department. And it helps City staff better understand customer needs. This intuitive, on-the-go reporting tool is easy to use for paying bills or reporting issues (flooding, street lights out, broken playground equipment in parks, fallen limbs, illegal dumping, vandalism, tagging and more). GIS mapping shows staff where the service request is needed for quick and efficient resolution and notifies you once the job is done. Receive special announcements and government information in emergency situations, register for a National Night Out party, recreation class or find your neighborhood watch group all in one place. ## GoModesto! Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great for Reporting Homeless"
This app is great for reporting illegal activity like like loitering and fire works!
-- dannymacphail, 2025-02-22

### *---- "New setup not user friendly"
I loved this app before the last update. Items were easily located. Now I have to hunt through the website to find what used to be a simple click on the homepage.
-- Xsmama, 2024-07-22

### *---- "Broken app for a busted city!"
App is glitchy and barely works. If you do get it to work and post an issue…. Good luck getting Modesto to respond. The city is under funded with a horrible amount of homeless and tons of property crime. Many city employees are disgruntled and don’t even try to hide it. The police department is basically non existent in my experience.

### *---- "This app is awful"
This app is a total waste of tax payer money. I like the idea behind it- but the app is super buggy. Once you log out, don’t ever plan to get back in because it won’t let you reset your password and constantly says incorrect user name and password. Modesto, GO improve your app.
-- Shelblz, 2023-10-11

### ***** "Fast reaction if your smart about it"
As long as you send pictures and say the complaint in detail, they reply very fast.
-- Blue0Hoodie, 2023-07-05

### ***** "Great app"
App is easy to navigate and user friendly. I am able to report issues within the city instantly and receive notifications when city officials have escalated the case/ complaint.
-- Omar11120811, 2023-04-17

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Used to be a great app. Now it hardly works.
-- fddjiinkou, 2022-07-14

### **--- "Who to contact when app doesn’t work"
Used to love this app. It used to be easy to use. I used to do a “request Service” and would then receive follow ups on the progress. Now I can’t even submit a request! AND there is no information on the app of who to contact if there are issues using the app.
-- CallieO'Mallie, 2022-03-19

### ****- "Reinstalled App"
I was unable to use the app, as it wouldn’t connect. I reinstalled it and that resolved the issue.
-- Jswehla, 2022-03-15

### ****- "No longer works"
Loved this App. Potholes, trash and graffiti were fixed in 2 days!!
Suddenly stopped working at beginning of 2022. Says there is no connection. Can’t find a way to contact someone.
