It’s brought that your bank is having issues receiving money… now one has to deal with the issue of restarting the app each time I minimize that’s bad user experience. For an infrastructure that handles peoples money, you can do better.

I need help with my account verification.you needed to change your biometric verification method because that position of face is not working out for everyone. I’ve asked like 7 of my friends but it’s same thing. It keep saying don’t move your face whenever it’s time to smile. I will smile like a fool and it won’t even start liveness . It supposed to be in picture form. We should snap it right from your app and proceed to the next one but now that the first step is not working due to your programming and you keep threatening to block our account meanwhile it’s your fault. Make I quick change before the end of the month pls. Thanks for understanding.
