## Gong Cha Canada Reviews in Canada

### *---- "This app stinks only for western Canada"
Bc to Sk
Have to use the other app from them for Ontario
-- SKperformance, 2024-02-04

### *---- "No Rewards"
Terrible App! You won’t get rewarded if you order in store even though the App claims you can. Their excuse at all the locations I’ve been to is they don’t have the scanner, well then why say you can claim it? In this day and age, how hard is it to get a scanner?? I will be taking my business to your competitors, god knows there are enough around and they have a scanner to reward me to keep coming back!!! Think about that!!!!

### **--- "Missing locations"
Missing location on the map so can’t use the order feature
-- Philipc22, 2021-10-28

### *---- "Terrible app"
App doesn’t work! I can’t even make an account. You have to get a code that is sent to you cell number, I’ve hit the “resend” so many times and I never get a code. This app is a waste of time.
-- Lydbee, 2021-08-14

### *---- "Terrible ordering app"
The design of the app is terrible. No only it doesn’t remember my last order. Also everytime I have to re-enter my credit number because it cannot process it. And sometime it just doesn't-take the order at all. Need some more testing and fix the bugs

### *---- "Not able to login"
Hello

Gongcha, I could not sign in and use my phone number and order from online.

I wish you guys do a new upgrade with email and not only with cellphone number verification.

It was a very stressful to sign in because I was with my email logins but I could not do anything else because of cell phone verification required

I hope this has a new upgrade. I love your store products but I cannot do anything.
