## Gong cha NZ Reviews in New Zealand

### ***** "Why low ratings? This app is so good!"
When I ordered something, it arrives in like 8 seconds! The estimated time is 30 minutes, so far away from actual time! I love this app!!!
-- colaakittyr, 2021-11-11

### ***** "Relevant"
Relevant app to order milk tea and I don’t understand why the reviews are so low, it’s just an app to order drinks.
-- lareina.jjk, 2021-10-04

### *---- "Order extras are not accurate"
I have added a pearl but gave me a coconut jelly in my order which not suppose to be.

I can’t believe when I checked out it says pearl but after the checkout it is different!!!
-- mattv_nz, 2021-09-25

### ***** "Good"
Idk why the rating is so low??? It always does the job fine and the pickup times are accurate
-- ItsSoULz, 2021-09-23

### ***** "People need to update their reviews!!!"
The app worked just fine under level 4~3 restrictions in New Zealand! It had no problem setting up, the pick up was easy-as, menu is easy to read, too! Great app.
-- Lozellina, 2021-09-06

### *---- "Can’t even login to app"
Downloaded this app. Enter my email. It sends link to click onto that is meant to allow you to login and set up a profile. Just ends up taking me to the same spot and re-entering my email which then sends a link again and goes around in circles.
-- Astyrayjes, 2021-08-30

### *---- "Poor"
Price was cheaper ordering at the store. No Apple Pay support
-- Rendezvousnz, 2021-05-09

### *---- "login issue"
Can't open the login page. Stop at the first step
-- 哆啦小璇, 2021-03-02

### ***** "very good! :)"
very simple and easy to use. drinks were finished either on time or earlier!
-- Hbdhnzjsjd, 2020-08-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I ordered a few times and they don’t receive the order
-- Unfinishedpotato, 2020-08-18
