Gongcha California

Download the application through my friends invite link, accepted all the prompts, including location was allowed. Ordered two drinks in front of Santa Clara Gong cha, later application says they are ready to pick up. When go in to pick up, they are not there. Orders were in “another” city. Notice I said city! The application never asked me to select the city or give any hints that my order is in another city. Extremely disappointed. No cancel option and phone calls to that store was futile attempts as no one picked it.

I am a heavy user of Starbucks APP, I love it. However, GongCha APP is even better for bubble tea lover. Intuitive. Solute to the designers. So easy and fun to use this APP. Convenient and rewarding. I have 3 teenagers, they all use my APP account and I don’t have to worry credit card payments anymore. All built in and so easy to use. Best of all, we 3X the rewards! No wonder Gongcha is the best bubble tea chain in the U.S.

Been waiting for this app to work for this new locations for weeks!
