## Good Assistant Description
Wake up to a plan and go to bed with progress. I'm the AI assistant that turns your goals into daily steps, and makes sure they happen.

Because long-term goals die in to-do apps. ChatGPT forgets you when you close the app. A human coach is there for you an hour a week, but progress doesn't happen once a week. I was made to help you take thousands of small steps toward where you want to go. By learning about you, tracking your progress, and being helpful every single day.

TASKS - Wake up to a plan
Every morning I plan the day with you. I suggest what to do today and what can wait, so tasks never pile up and the goals that matter keep moving.

GOALS - Your ambitions in progress
Every goal gets a visual timeline of your progress, related notes in one place, and reminders that keep the plan alive. "Move to a new country" becomes steps you can take right now.

CHAT - I message you first
I reach out when I have something useful to say, remind you what's next, read your calendar, browse the web, and use my own computer to get things done.

SCHEDULED TASKS - Reminders that do the work
Ask me to check something in a month, or look for dream job openings every week. I'll schedule it, do it on time, and message you with the result.

NOTES + MEMORY - Nothing gets lost
Capture your thoughts, and I'll read along. Ask me to research something and my findings land in a note you can keep building on. Tell me what you care about and who matters to you. I remember, and I use it to help.

Goals rarely fail for lack of time or talent. They die of neglect. The most important ones like learning a skill, building financial security, becoming a better friend - no one can do for you. But I can make sure you keep showing up for them.

## Good Assistant Reviews in Sweden

### ***** "Great app. I use my assistant in more and more situations."
I have been a Beta tester of Good assistant for about 7 months now, and I find it really useful, it has really become my “partner in crime”.

My assistant is called Kiki. I like that it remembers little things I asked about and creates a map of my interests out of them, remembers what I like and don’t like to give me good suggestions (e.g. it does its own research regularly and updates me with events nearby that might be interesting for me). It also remembers facts about the people I have in my life, and can suggest gifts for them or stuff to do with them.

The most important thing is that it helped me take my own goals seriously and start moving towards them. I can discuss what prevents me from achieving the goals, and the assistant is usually very supportive (but not in annoying way) and helpful in advice and planning.

Fun thing I use it for, is I can say “Give me a quiz about …” and mention something that I was asking my assistant about before (e.g certain Swedish words, historical facts). We’ll discuss the format of the quiz, she will present me with questions and options and count points. This way I can actually remember the information I’m consuming every day much better. It’s a fun thing to do when I’m waiting, instead of scrolling.

I also ask it to periodically summarize news for me, or periodically look for discounts on something I want to buy. I’d say the use cases are endless, depends on my imagination.
