## Good Energy Description
The Good Energy app makes it easy for you to manage your own energy account. Use the app to:

- Submit meter readings
- Pay your energy bill using a card or Google or Apple Pay
- View your energy usage in kWh and £ (if you have a smart meter)
- Manage your feed in tariff account
- And much more.

Good Energy was set up 25 years ago to tackle climate change. Today we’re a one-stop-shop for customers looking to run their homes and businesses on green energy.

We supply 100% renewable electricity sourced from over 2,000 generators across the UK, as well as green gas. We install heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage solutions and EV charge points. We champion small renewable generators, with our leading export tariff and FIT services. And we’re a major investor in Zap-Map, the UK’s go-to electric vehicle charging app.

## Good Energy Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "No reminder to submit readings"
Submitted late no payment for me in the spring at least you used to remind me to submit readings before I got the app.
-- aust1111, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Easy to submit"
Hardest bit is reading number on box only because I'm short.
Once read so easy to use the app and send reading. Also great for accessing information that you may require.
-- Dewisant999, 2024-12-12

### ****- "Readings."
Much better system now. Easy to use.
-- Rogerthelodger, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Cannot sign in!"
“ Confirm and continue to sign in” keeps failing!
-- Blasteran, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Bad app"
Like the company but app is terrible . I have had major issues every time I try and use it (I have both electricity and solar accounts )
-- Beagley-B, 2024-12-04

### ***-- "Meter readings"
Have struggled with the app from day 1. Was told by email to submit a reading but app wouldn’t let me. Getting to the point of calling customer services but thought I would try again and finally it worked. App layout is good but it struggles to update or send info.
-- Dee Attewell, 2024-12-04

### ***-- "Automatic login not functioning"
The app needs much improvement in how it stores login and how it updates to latest version on iOS. Once the resulting perpetual login is complete, it works fine.
-- RemRyk, 2024-11-29

### ***-- "Like the app. Hate reminders regarding Smart meters"
I DON’T WANT ANY MORE REMINDERS ABOUT FITTING A SMART METER. I DON’T WANT ONE. I SHALL START HARRASSMENT PROCEEDINGS IF YOU CONTINUE TO BOTHER ME.
PLEASE PUT THAT ON YOUR RECORDS
-- Altair 108, 2024-10-29

### *---- "Unable to log after update"
Updated the application and it does not let me log in.
Totally unusable.
-- Jjjon2, 2024-10-25

### ***** "Easy to use App"
Excellent app
-- FoxGrant60, 2024-09-16
