This night, thankfully I remembered I registered for this incredible support. Opened the app and read some ways to help teach him to settle himself. He ended up coming downstairs with tears running down his face, his heart racing and his breath shallow. We re did bedtime routine and when he was calm after 1 book, I shared with him this tips of what he can say to himself. He was so open and willing to try, we read one more book, he asked me to remind him what he’s supposed to say to himself, he repeated and was completely in control. I left the room and he put himself to bed, peacefully, for the first time in longer than we can remember.
