## Good Light! Magazine Reviews in United States

### *---- "Nothing new after April"
I've not been able to access any Good Light Magazines after April 2024
-- 256SOG, 2024-05-24

### ***** "Good light Magazine"
Awesome magazine with in-depth articles written by actual working photographers, not some YouTube only influencers! I want an experienced instructor when I seek solutions, I find them on the pages of Good Light Magazine!
-- Ronco 52, 2024-04-24

### ***** "Great app"
Stop working with resent upgrade to iOS 17
-- Jnfutrell, 2024-01-19

### ***** "App works well. Excellent content"
The app works well and the layouts are good. Easy to read. Articles are extremely informative and inspiring
-- Jaanchi, 2023-11-26

### ***** "Fixed"
Took a bit but this last update seems to have fixed all the IOS17 issues. Think it cleaned up some nagging issues recognizing subscriptions also. Thank
-- CraigB-RN, 2023-10-20

### *---- "Doesn’t work anymore."
I loved this when it worked but, after an OS update, it won’t load on my iPhone or iPad. It’s been some time. Looks like others have this problem as well. If it doesn’t load and I can’t see my issues, this is no longer an app and there’s no point in continuing my sub. If it ever gets fixed, I’ll likely be back.. maybe.. but.. not today..
-- clonsberry, 2023-10-16

### ****- "Love it when it works"
After the latest IOs update I have not been able to open the app. I have emailed support and left a message but no reply as of yet. It’s been weeks now….
-- Sandcatcher Photography, 2023-10-07

### **--- "Terrible app experience"
I have been a subscriber since the beginning but I am constantly asked to purchase individual issues. Past six issues don’t even have an option to download. Customer support is non-existent. If they can’t fix my problems I will have to cancel my subscription.
-- crushed, 2021-08-06

### ***-- "Half the time doesn’t know I subscribe"
Half the time won’t load.
-- BrantDC, 2021-02-25

### *---- "Abysmal Service"
Though the mag is noteworthy, if you ever encounter a subscription issue like I have, you’ll discover that there is actually no way to contact the magazine or the app developer for help. I renewed my subscription in November and as of yet have not been able to access any of the magazines onto my iPad though access to mags prior to renewal remain accessible. Even more frustrating is that I have to create my own process to rectify... after no responses from using email, Twitter, and Apple support. Perhaps it is wiser to benefit from <just> the free products the publisher provides.
