## Good Times Burgers Reviews in United States

### *---- "App don’t even work"
Yikes
-- Cam_303, 2024-12-04

### ***-- "Just copy the McDonald’s app please"
I love Goodtimes. But this app could be improved a lot
-- Nasi lemak ash, 2024-10-30

### *---- "App won’t load, certainly isn’t Good Times when trying to use it."
Wish I could give less than one star. This app hasn’t worked in months. Whenever I open it, it just sits and buffers. Doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi or not. Before this, when it would at least open if you added a reward it would take at least 15 mins for it to show up and be useable. Even then sometimes you could see the reward but it wouldn’t apply it. What is the point of having an app that is not functional and can’t be used. Do better Good Times. Either fix it or take the app down all together so we all stop being so frustrated while trying to use it.
-- Justmeeee4, 2024-10-10

### *---- "It’s broken"
Can’t even load the home page
-- Winsors, 2024-09-22

### ***** "App"
Took a minute for the rewards to show up in my payment screen. Wasn’t sure if it was going to be processed or not… Checked again after a minute or two and it was there, but I was nervous that my points were used and I couldn’t read them. Other than that, loving the app! Thank you good times.
-- Great times 5, 2024-06-25

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
The app takes 20 minutes to open so you can’t scan QR code and get points. Shame on you good times leadership.
-- Brady-rocks, 2024-05-26

### *---- "App doesn’t work at all!"
No ‘update’ to be had (5 mos ago?) & app just buffers, even when inside store on their guest WiFi!! Their display outside says to use App to save $ - I spent $13.50 for 2 single cheeseburgers, NOT combos!! How much less if I used the app? I’ll never know.
BTW whomever wrote app promo doesn’t realize they don’t have natural cut fries anymore. Want to support local business, but c’mon people!! No buéno!
-- This2Sucks3, 2024-04-12

### **--- "It crashes a lot"
It crashes a lot. I have good service and it is soooooo slow.
-- jpw_koolaid, 2024-03-19

### *---- "App won’t open"
Crashes every time on iPhone. Plz fix!
-- Jimmy Poncho, 2024-03-05

### ***-- "Customize option limited"
App works well but you’re very limited to the customization options.
No ability to choose “Extra” or “easy” for items.
-- Shiishsh, 2024-02-24
