This app is buggy, often has trouble connecting. Most of the places they sign up in Charlotte are either an hour outside of the city or it’s just someone’s house selling pastries.

I use this app multiple times a week. I just think it’s so great. At one of my more recent pick ups I actually met someone from the Goodiebag team and they were super duper nice and it was nice being able to see that the company is run by real people who actually care about it and its customers!!

The concept behind sustainable food and avoiding food waste is awesome and there are some great deals that Goodie Bag offers BUT....the app is HORRIBLE. And I mean it's terrible. So bad. It takes forever to load after clicking on a banner nonfiction so by the time I've loaded the app, the offer I previously clicked on is nonexistent. This happens almost 9 times out of 10 and it's incredibly frustrating for restaurants with higher demand. If you happen to select a goodie bag for a high-demand restaurant before it sells out, the likelihood of actually getting the bag you selected is decreased because Goodie Bag allows for your bag to be taken by another user before checking out. So, with their glitchy app, it's unlikely that you'll actually check out with a Goodie Bag that's desirable. On a week-to-week average, the amount of bags I actually get after clicking on a notification follows an average ratio of 1 to 20, with the issue almost always being the app failing to load. This is such a great idea and the demand is there for this app, so please don't screw it up by failing to fix your apps issues.

Doesn’t have my city available. No way to know before you download and signup. That should be posted somewhere.

This app never works! Very frustrating. Can not get past the instructions for the app. Every time I go on it just goes right back to instructions for the app.

I am such a big fan of Goodiebag! Such a great way to combat food waste while providing the ability to try local spots at a discount. Even with the app launching in Phoenix only a few months ago, there’s a decent selection of vendors to choose from. I’m excited to see the continued expansion across the valley.

Love the concept, app works pretty well, but it feels dead in Fort Collins for how many restaurants are present in the area. Hope to see more restaurants come online, but right now it’s not very robust and lacks options. Rooting for you, Goody Bag!

It's only in Colorado, Arizona North Carolina and Ohio. It's not in every part of the state either.

Usually I love this app, however lately there is a bug that will not allow me to sign in, create an account, or purchase without an account. Errors all around. I can see goodie bags available near me and when I called the shop they said they realized they hadn’t been getting orders all day. Unsure what to do or how to contact the folks at Goodie Bag.
