I purchased coins, my money got debited but no coins received in my account. No refund have been processed either
I have only one complaint
I love the app but one chapter takes too many coins so I think either the chapters should get a bit cheaper or the app should provide more ways to earn coins or upgrade the coins we get from watching the videos. Such as instead of receiving 1 coin I think we should at least get 10 because of how expensive the chapters are. And we should be able to convert dims to coins as well. This is the only reason why I didn’t give it full 5 starts but 4. Overall the app is great for reading.

Scam!
Very bad app. I paid 199 for 200 coins and guess what? The transaction was done but I never received those 200 coins. My upi app is showing the transaction, even the goodnovel app itself is showing the transaction, but still I didn’t received the coins. I hope my concern reaches the right audience and the app as well so that a proper negotiation can be done.
Need to watch tooooo may adds to read just 1 chapter
I'm not sure if the developer wants to do this on purpose or if there have been a lot of bugs in the app for a few weeks. I should watch two advertisements to read one chapter, but they have been letting me watch six or eight advertisements to read one character for the past few weeks. After one to one and a half minutes of watching the advertisements, it reads, "Please try again." At first, I believed there was a mistake, but this has been happening for weeks with no fix. Even after reinstalling my app, this is still occurring. Developers should, in my opinion, address this; perhaps they are doing it on purpose.
Very less bonus points
Try giving more bonus point or decrease the price of each chapter. Not everyone can buy using money. And while waiting for another chapter to open customers will eventually lose interest in using your app. Just a suggestion. Think about it
Chapters are not added
I am reading book ‘An Understated Dominance ‘ , but from last 6 days there is no update on new chapters. It’s frustrating. Please let users know if new chapters are getting updated.
Scam.
This app is scam, it doesn’t save or let you continue reading a book ones you leave the page and when you try going back to read, the book starts from the beginning locking the rest of the chapters which you already read. Wouldn’t recommend this app, waste of money :/

Audio issues why is it difficult for the audio to be fixed we pay money to listen cause they might be enough time to read through the book, please fix the issue on priority
