PDF, TXT, MS Office, iWork, HTML, pictures, music & audio-books, videos. This is what you can view in GoodReader, plus you can also annotate PDF files and edit TXT files.

PDF files is where GoodReader truly shines. Reading experience is so superior, it's hard to describe. To rephrase one of our customers' review, "try it, and you'll see." While you're at it, give our PDF Reflow feature a try. You'll be surprised how much better PDF reading goes when you don't have to scroll left/right all the time, for every single line of text.
Annotating PDFs is another star feature of our app. Adding notes and drawings, highlighting text, and then sharing your annotated files or annotation summaries will be your main productivity and collaboration asset.

While reading files is a big part of GoodReader, it's not all it can do. It can also serve as a central hub for all your files, even those that can't be opened by GoodReader itself. I like the synchronisation
Sprachausgabe
Bisher hat alles super funktioniert. Leider hat seit neuestem die deutsche Sprachausgabe ein Problem. 1. vor und nach jeder Zahl spricht sie aus unerfindlichen Gründen „Homograph start - Homograph end“ 2. ist ein Wort mit Zeilenumbruch getrennt spricht sie vor und nach der abgetrennt Silbe „encore start - encore end“ 3. liest sie oft so, wie wenn nach jeder Zeile ein Punkt wäre. Ich weiß , dass es ein sehr spezifisches Problem ist. Aber die Sprachausgabe ist für meinen Workflow sehr wichtig und ich empfinde das als sehr störend!

Bought on the original ipad
It was very ahead of the time back then, now it doesnt even support Ipad multitasking to upsell you on its own multitasking… Let me use splitview, I dont need goodreader open twice, I need it on the side.

Nach dem Bezahlen, noch mehr bezahlen.
Wenn man sich eine App kauft, geht man davon aus, dass man schon alles freigeschalten hat. Nein, hier nicht. Hier kann man bei einem eh schon gekauften PDF Viewer (!) nochmal fett zahlen, wenn man, ein PDF erstellen möchte!!!!!

Dear Goodreader Support team. I am using Goodreader sinc about 10 years as a musician an Leader of 4 Bands an Leader of a Choire. All my Singers also using Goodreader. I like the syncoption, Notations, stability .... I only miss one little thing, manualy sorting lists, meanly the starred list It would be very helpful for me. Thanks a lot Franz Hoermann Austria
Wer viele Filets speichern und ordnen muss braucht nen „goodreader“
Ich nutze das Tool schon viele Jahre und bin immer wieder begeistert. Die App wird ständig aktualisiert und modernisiert. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die auf einem Gerät gespeicherten Filmes unkompliziert (= 1 Knopfdruck) auf jedes andere Gerät übertragen zu können.
