Allows you to customise your own perfect interface for information in the native calendar and reminder apps while still allowing you take advantage of their integration into iOS such as Siri, syncing and sharing. Great support and updates, useful widgets. It can take a little time and tinkering to get it set up exactly the way you like, but it’s absolutely worth it.
This app has everything that I want. Perfect. Just I asked for adding a Persian calendar to that but I didn’t receive any response.
I ended up here because of the limitations of Reminders’ smart lists. At first look, it seemed great even if the UI was a little baffling. I can create widgets with all sorts of complex filters! Unfortunately, I then tried to add a task. The one thing Reminders does quite well is natural language processing for adding times and dates to tasks. That isn’t possible here and is a dealbreaker for me. The task creation screen has all sorts of boxes you can click on that run all sorts of macros. I’ve no idea what most of them are for. I just want to be able to type “Do thing 9:00” and have it work.

GoodTask's initial appearance belies a truly powerful and flexible task manager. I've tried a number of other task managers, but they all have had certain deficiencies. If you spend the time to look into the capabilities of GoodTask, you'll be pleasantly pleased on what it can do. For example, I have set up a group of smart lists that categorise my tasks as per a priority matrix. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting a stable and well-thought-out task manager.
This is seriously underrated in the app store. The amount of power it brings to Reminders app is insane. You can define Macros, quick actions and modify almost anything in the Themes. Please support them and subscribe. This app deserves to stay for a long time
Sounded promising, but I can’t really make head nor tail of it unfortunately. Clunky English and overly complicated navigation.
I love the app, it’s super simple and I’m not looking at 100+ features like I was with other apps. Definitely a recommendable app but I do wish the widgets were slightly more robust.
I wanted a task list with nagging abilities but also one that would cope with my mostly calendar based tasks. I had to have start dates and due dates. This was the ONLY one I could find that did it all.
