## Goodwrx Reviews in United States

### ****- "Need help getting jobs"
I put it on my life I see a notification and by the time I go on it says offer has been taken and kinda stressful cuz I accidentally accept one just trying to see but had to end up canceling because didn’t even get time to ready date and hour before if I do it’s to late
-- MfTavo, 2025-11-21

### *---- "Not good for business! Trash"
Over the years the company just when to the dogs I used to work everyday at one point and time got suspended and lost access to jobs for months. The person who operate the support line needs to be fired. The company itself needs to be reviewed and investigated. Half the employees are illegal and can’t even speak English and don’t even have the experience for the jobs they work ,The management is literally handed picked they just need a whole new staff it’s ridiculous!
-- timina 6802, 2025-11-04

### *---- "Not recommended"
Impossible to get in touch with support. When you do try, they simply blacklist you.
-- almian0, 2025-10-19

### *---- "Worthless"
The most annoying app on my phone. It’s worthless in every sense.
-- cowboy's momma, 2025-08-13

### *---- "!!!"
This app is not that great… it’s useless! Every time I open the app to look for work there’s nothing available ! It’s empty.
-- Alecsdz, 2025-08-12

### *---- "Won’t let me upload my documents"
It’s terrible
-- BigChug1979, 2025-07-27

### **--- "Sad"
Communication with this company is absolutely pitiful.
-- BrilliantEyes, 2025-06-06

### *---- "Never even got to use it"
I’ve been under review for the last month and a half. I’m not sure what’s going. I reached out to see what’s going on with my profile just for them to tell me that there’s a backlog. I’ve downloaded about 7-8 different temp job apps and this is the only one that wouldn’t even let me go past making my profile
-- josie1921, 2025-06-03

### *---- "Very misleading"
I submitted a profile. The app continuously pushed notifications and text messages that asked me to complete my profile including getting work cards. However 4 months later the application still hasn’t even processed my profile or granted me access to the application. I completed the process and spent money to obtain work cards and while I know that doesn’t guarantee me work the fact that they can’t even process my account after requesting me to apply and spend money to get work cards is disingenuous. Will be reporting my concern to the union as well.
-- User MR27, 2025-04-29

### *---- "Can’t upload sign-in sheets"
Can’t upload shift sign in sheets to app now. I click it and it just closes the prompt out. Both library upload and camera photo upload does same bug. Please fix, I don’t enjoy the annoyed messages from staff to get them when I can’t upload.
