Connects to almost all smart devices - and allows quite flexible management of them all.  So for me, better than competitors(outside if full bespoke smart home installs).

However - it seems to think everything can or should be done with voice commands, and that managing your devices is a back-office admin thing that doesn't have to be well designed.  The problem is that any auto configure capability isn't smart enough to make that work. So the device and scene admin is really important - and quite non-intuitive to navigate / use.

I want siri shortcuts to be able to run commands through the app without having to unlock the app. Like how when you tell siri to play music on spotify it doesn’t open the app to start playing. It just happens in the background. I want to use a shortcut that asks google to turn on a light as siri doesn’t support it. It currently works by asking you to unlock your iphone and it opens the app and runs the command but that makes the use of the voice assistant redundant.
