Google Chat

Aivan mahdotonta yrittää tulkita mikä on itselle relevanttia, jos ryhmiä ja keskusteluja on paljon. Harmi, ennen oli selkeä, nyt menee hermo välittömästi.

Google changed usability of chats for computers a few weeks ago and it was bad. Now this is on mobile! First page shows all unread chats. Why? It is like a spam folder now with no possibility with say: exclude muted chats. And then both the chat and the spaces tabs where I have pinned only important chats or spaces don’t anymore show the preview of a message sent. Because google has put that preview to that different tab that now contains all of the chats: whether they are needed or not needed… such a bad idea 😭

This is not as good as the old Hangouts program.

Ei toimi iOS 12.5.5:ssä.

Alkeellisempi ja paljon huonompi kuin hangouts. Ei voi kuin yhden tiedoston kerrallaan valita lähetettäväksi. Pakkaa videot ainakin huonompi laatuiseksi. Nyt kun pakotti vaihtamaan androidissa Google chattiin niin jäi asentamatta. En asenna yhteenkään laitteeseen jatkossa. iPhoneen tuli laitettua, kun hangoutsia ei enää ollut sovelluskaupassa ja sen tiimoilta käyttökokemukset. Ei jatkoon.

Impossible to find messages or threads, works best to ”chit chat” but not for serious use where you have long running discussions and need to quote/refer to previous messages and threads… Absolutely the worst chat app I ever used, cannot believe that Google could develop such a low quality piece of software.

Mobile good. Desktop version sucks.
