Ipad 无法打开任何一个文件？？why？？

已科学上网，iPad还是无法打开云端硬盘里任何一个文件，还经常导致“文件”和“keynote”App 卡顿，无法打开其他文件。有遇到类似问题的吗？？

在苹果系统频频卡顿

不知道什么缘故 iPad 系统上有个位置，里面有云端硬盘，结果不是打不开文档、不能显示、就是卡顿，只能依靠重启解决，有时候重启也解决不了，怎么回事啊
