is it only me or is it from the google team that now there is no screenshot button to capture in google earth on ipad?

it will be better if we could save the map offline just like google map did

in the latest version this is very annoying. because underneath there is a footer and it can't be removed, it's very annoying, so there's less visibility.
Why they didn't put 3D buildings on some countries.
It's probably because the government said NO. to place 3D buildings. It's very expensive for Google to record and produce. They needed to ask permission to place 3D buildings. The 3D imagery is a complicated undertaking where specially equipped aircraft fly a grid over the area. Then a lot of computer time turns what they record into the imagery you see
