Don’t change WIFI password!!!!!!!!!
If you change your Wi-Fi password, this piece of crap system has no way of updating the latest password…. You literally have to remove all 2030 devices and start all over. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Nest cams
You could make the cams app better by just renaming the old nest cam app google home. On the nest app you could scrub thru footage in full frame and things stayed in focus, but on the google home app not. Making clips on the nest app pretty simple on google not. If I could I would move all my cams back to the nest app. DO BETTER.
Bad reception from cameras
When watching the activity it always crashes, if we can’t view it what’s the point in paying for the service.
Super slow response!
I have the annual derive (pay for it) but Never was able to look at the past event. It Always fails, even with the best internet connection … it feels like that have the worst servers and lowest bandwidth. This becomes super frustrating when it notifies you about a sensitive event, but it keeps loading up the live feed. It has been like this for very long time and it seems Google has no internet in solving it.
What happened?
Can I have the option to go back to the original nest app? This app is borderline unusable.
Horrible connection hub
The app doesn’t provide a support outlet connecting there products is difficult and the customer service is horrible very disappointing there is never an easy fix

Google home mini will NOT connect to WiFi. No help from Google.
Mediocre
I just replaced my old Nest camera with the 2 pack of the new, wireless cameras. The picture quality is good but the cameras seem to lose the WiFi connection too frequently. One of the cameras is outside the room with the router about 10 feet away. The other camera is in the exact location of my previous camera which rarely lost the WiFi connection. The most frustrating situation is that the cameras only store 3 or 4 hours of video so I’m not even able to see what happened overnight ( we live on a mountain in a remote area and like to see what wildlife passes through). I also cannot capture video clips to save to my phone (again, wildlife!). I know I can download other apps or pay for additional services but it is disappointing that these new cameras don’t have at least the functionality of the older version.

Slow & wont load videos
this app is super slow and won’t load videos at times and also isn't able to go live when someone is at the door. I hate this app
