No connection and working properly

I love everything about google nest pro. Easy to set up and it works when it works. But one of the point of having the google nest pro is for IoT. I have a few smart home devices and despite of them having capability of supporting 5ghz, it isnt reliable all the time. Sometimes it’s best to force them to be on 2.4 ghz to be more reliable. Google nest pro has an option to view each individual devices that are connected via wifi, however, there isnt any way to restrict the bandwidth for that device. If you can’t manually select the bandwidth on selecting the network, it should at least allow restricting the bandwidth so that i don’t have to hack it with hotspotting my phone! Please add this feature as it seems many people are complaining about this as well!

So frustrating to use the app to report which devices are hogging bandwidth. As you scroll through the list it continuously refreshes and reorders. And traffic reported against each device is frequently out by a factor of a thousand, and I’ve seen this issue reported by many others online. Seeing guest network password fails 50% of attempts. This app comes so so far short of what’s expected when you’re effectively forced to use it to administer non-cheap equipment (like goggle wifi) that you’ve bought.

Spend a lot of time repeating myself, Google mini does not seem to respond to instructions as well as the nest.

Excellent app, but would be good to be able to migrate a personal routine to a household routine

it’s taken too many times and it hasn’t worked yet, I’ve had to delete the app then install again, it tells me my settings for privacy need to be changed for the app but it is on and it’s incorrect about it so it’s too hard and do not recommend unless you need to use it once in your life ever.

After these latest updates I can no longer get the option to reboot my chromecast devices. You would think a simple function like this would be there.

UI has become overly complex. Connections at sometimes dodgy (though that may be for other reasons) Sad that Neat isn’t better integrated. It’s still probably the best home app, but I feel that some serious thought needs to go into simplifying it.

Do not waste your time. No services available. Forget about hooking up Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal. All not available. What exactly is the point?
