Google Keep - Notes and lists

I’ve been of google keep for like 4 years now? It’s my most recommended app to friends and family for note taking and keeping. However, for my reason all my notes suddenly vanished and have been replaced with checkboxes, please can something be done to fix it? All my effort to check online for help keeps saying I deleted stuffs and I mean I could have mistakenly deleted one note but more than 200 of them? And then replaced with checkboxes? Make it make some sense. Please! Please! Please!! Can it be checked?? I would really appreciate that! I wish it can be done very quickly too cause I’ve written feedbacks and I’m yet to get any response. Please help me. Thank you!

Great app. Love it. But it still needs some tweaks to make it perfect. Devs did a great job with this one. Just needs folders (sometimes labels are not just enough), creation date automatically added, ability to add record audio in note while writing. I’m hopeful about this app. Thank you

Great app But kindly do something about security Anyone can just open the app as long as they have access to your phone

I like the Google Keep app but it’s still basic when it comes to updates and being smart. It doesn’t store the original date that a note is taken like Apple’s note app which shows authenticity, helps one see/remember the original date even after modification of content. There’s still no option to make a word bold/italic/underlined.

App isn't safe, not even encryption-wise. But the app should have a "lock note" feature. If anyone had access to my phone, they could see all my private notes, that's bad, please make it more private!

Google keep has to be the best note app in terms of simplicity. However I believe that more features can be added. Having options or changing font type, highlighting, underlining & making bold should be included. Please kindly see to this.

Google keep is a great app for taking notes and storing ideas but I feel there should be like a security feature added to the app like an app lock or note lock because people keep sensitive information on the app.It would be nice if you can add this feature. Thanks.

Google Note was recommended to me by someone and since I started using it, it has been extremely useful. I love the label feature as it helps me sort out the categories of my notes. I love the simple interface as well. I would like to make a recommendation: The date of creation of notes should be included, not just the date of last edit. Because this feature isn't available, I have to include the date at the beginning of each note whenever I type. Sometimes, due to the urgency of the moment, I forget. Including this feature will help a lot.

I’ve been enjoying the app for a while….but I need an explanation on why I gotta to lose everything I wrote there!!!! Like this are the most important things I lost And this is the second time something like this is happening Y’all better work on it ASAP!!!

I’ve using Keep for many years and it’s been serving me well. However, not too long ago, most of y data got wiped out just like that. I complained twice but got no response. I need all my data back please.
