Saved a place 3 times. And 3 times this app has performed as poorly as OJ trying to defend himself in court. Saved a place and decided to take me to the other side of the country. The programmers for google who couldn’t make it big time and had to stick with coding for apple apps decided this is the best they can do. And I’m ok with that as long as apple is ok with my 1 star review for a pigeon coded app.

Stop changing my route!! I do not care if I save 2 minutes. It is infuriating and I have found no way to turn it off. And I truly do not care if 26 other people have seen the car pulled over. These random features are horrible.

I look something up. I changed screens I go back and it’s not under my recently searched smh this happens every day all day with this stupid app. Also, it’ll show you the elevation in the tiniest numbers you can’t even read and as soon as you zoom in close enough, the numbers disappear SMH incredibly stupid!!!!! I literally just look something up and then I look up another place and try to figure out directions from those two places. It’s already not in my recent searches unbelievably stupid app must be made by idiots and I’ve had this review up forever and they still don’t fix it but then you’re showing me stuff. I looked up three weeks ago. HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY. STUFF I NEVER WENT TO IS STILL IN MY RECENTS BUT THE PLACE I ACTUALLY WENT TO YESTERDAY ISN’T!!!!!!!!! AWFUL SORRY APP

Good app

I can’t even begin to thank Bethany Domain from CarePatrol for all she did to help me find an assisted living facility for my mom who is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s disease. We knew mom would eventually need to go to assisted living but her disease progressed so rapidly in a very short time that we were in a panic to find someplace during the Christmas holidays. Bethany spent a long time on the phone with me going over my mom’s condition and explained different options and then asked about our budget. We didn't have a lot of money to work with, but Bethany went right to work and emailed me 5 places that she would refer mom to for me to look at. I wanted to see them all and Bethany was able to schedule 5 appointments on the same day the Friday before Christmas! She was so professional and supportive checking on me through the entire process and she was able to help my brother and I find a great option for my mom in a much shorter time than I ever could have imagined! We moved mom in today and we are very happy with her placement!
