Fake reviews

As a business owner, I understand the importance of having a presence on Google Maps since it's widely used. However, I am disappointed that Google allows users to leave one-star reviews without any comment or photo. This policy enables fake reviews that can unfairly damage a business's reputation. Google should require at least a comment and photo to substantiate low ratings and ensure more accurate and fair feedback.

Extremely difficult to read. It looks like a labyrinth

Everytime comes with updated doesnot work. Always need to delete it and download it again. Please fix this problem

App is not opening via google Chrome anymore

Idk how to pin a favorite trip to see details .(for widget). I want to pin a place but I can't. :(

Needs improvement

The app needs to be consistent with buses. It no longer shows a live tracker of the route progress and sometimes doesn’t even show bus routes

Find another app for backpacking/hiking

I am backpacking and its taking us useless routes for nothing. Walked an extra 15km in one day for nothing.
