To whom it may concern. My wife and I purchased a SL7 gas fireplace and the remote never worked properly. We brought it in to replace or service. The store manager (Peter)went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to thoroughly go through troubleshooting issues and we left impressed with how much time he was willing to work with us. Issues resolved and when we purchase our outside pavilion gas stove we will definitely use this store again. Thank you Peter. Very professional and a pleasure to work with you.

I have been cold all afternoon from sitting in the conference meeting rooms - trying to learn new/updates in school psychology in Florida. I slept cold last night because I thought I just didn’t adjust the thermostat correctly. But today I’m thinking nawwww something must be wrong with it, not me. I called front desk for help and Mario was on it. He was kind and knowledgeable about the situation. Mario checked out another room, got the heat going and helped me switch in a matter of minutes. He went down and brought me the replacement keys swiftly. We need more Marios in this world! THANK YOU!
