Приложение можно номинально назвать новостным. Новостная лента скудная и плохо настраиваемая. Невероятное количество желтопресных статей, их можно сколь угодно помечать как не интересные, но умный гугл всё равно их подсовывает. Новости повторяются. В приложение можно заходить раз в 1-2 дня и собственно лента не особо меняется. Так что установлено просто чтоб было иногда окинуть взором весь творящийся в мире бардак.

Leider die letzten Jahre beständig schlechter geworden. Mittlerweile werden nur noch Nachrichten hinter Abo Modellen bevorzugt angezeigt. Theoretisch kann man die Quellen manuell aus dem Feed nehmen, ist aber ein extremer Aufwand.

Google übertreibt es ohne Maß mit der Werbung. 
Man kann die Nachrichten nicht erkennen…das ist nicht übertrieben. Solange das so ist, hilft mir die App wenig!

Nach 30-sekündliger Inaktivität oder Nutzung einer anderen App wird Google News neu geladen und die Scrollposition wurde zurückgesetzt. So ist die App kaum zu gebrauchen, wenn man mal einen Artikel im Browser öffnet oder dergleichen.

Aufgrund der Überladung der Nachrichtenseiten mit Werbebannern stürzen die Websiten auf meinem
iPhone 8 ständig ab, was ein lesen der Artikel nich wirklich möglich macht. App ist also nicht wirklich nutzbar.

Schlimm genug, dass Apple sein News Widget eingestellt hat, so dass man auf diesen Verschnitt hier zurückgreifen muss. Es wäre brauchbar, wenn man einen Filter verwenden könnte, um all die Regenbogenpresse-Artikel ausblenden zu können. Was interessiert mich der Neue von der Wontorra und wieviel der Honk verdient. Oder die ständigen Updates zu Hoenigs Gesundheitszustand. Bild / Hartz IV Niveau 🤦‍♂️

Die App mit Nachrichten zb als Widget zu nutzen wäre ganz gut. Jedoch sind die Überschriften fast nie ausreichen um Informationen zu erlangen, so dass man alles eigentlich ansehen muss.
Weiter, was am schlechtesten ist, erscheinen Nachrichten fast nie, da es angibt kein Internet vorhanden usw. obwohl man sehr gut mit Internet verbunden ist sonst würden alle anderen Dinge ja nicht funktionieren. Also für was News wenn man sie sowieso nicht sehen kann auf Grund immer einer „gerade ist Störung“

Ich bin Deutscher und nutze Google Nachrichten seit sehr langer Zeit. Seit einigen Monaten bekomme ich permanent als Nachrichtenquellen nur noch Österreichische Anbieter. Das nervt mich sehr, da ich nichts gefunden habe wie man das umstellen kann. Warum kann ich als Deutscher keine Nachrichten aus Deutschland mehr bekommen oder es gleich ganz selbst auswählen welche Quellen ich hauptsächlich möchte?
