Often crashes or freezes up for a few seconds. Okay UI design, nothing special.
Slow and buggy, getting worse with every release, on an iPad Pro
This used to be a great app, but it's gotten slow and buggy with the last few releases. Getting worse every time, to the point where I can't use it anymore. A shame, because it used to be the way I consumed news.
Not recommended
Provides news yes but updates approx once every day and a half so only shows 5 news articles at a time. Very limited not very flexible ie generally shows click bait articles does not filter them very well. Disappointing considering it’s from google and their reach with information.
Widget please
Good default recommendations better than apple news but really need a widget working on the screen please!
New version is too graphical
Too much graphics in the app now. It was better with headlines.
No competition to Flipboard
It’s obviously this app is trying to muscle into Flipboards space. It’s no where near it. Rather crude attempt

It won't even rotate
Swivel your iPad and watch as half the app vanishes. Have to kill the app to fix. Stick to Flipboard.
