Compounding this issue is the disorganization of articles into their respective categories. 

For instance, obituaries are appearing in tech news sections, and sports news is also being misplaced. This lack of categorization is quite disappointing.

Seit dem letzten Update können gelesene Artikel nicht mehr mit einem Wisch vom linken Bildschirmrand verlassen werden. Stattdessen muss auf das X gaaanz oben getippt werden - dies ist nicht so komfortabel mit der Einhandbedienung des iPhone‘s. Wäre schön wenn die alte Wischgeste bei einem zukünftigen Update zurück kommt.

Seit neustem ist die Performance massiv schlechter geworden, beim scrollen hackts, app friert ein, etc.

Zudem stören massive bugs, wie fehlende zurück buttons. Viele Probleme sind auch der bedenklichen AMP-Technologie geschuldet: Seiten funktioniert nicht korrekt, man kann sich kaum einloggen bei Kommentarfunktionen, resp. Ist jedesmal wieder ausgeloggt, die Seiten sind verkrüppelt und es wird einem extra schwierig gemacht, die Seiten in einem richtigen Browser anzuschauen. AMP zwingt die Verlage in eine Sackgasse aus der sie nicht mehr rauskommen, weil google sie sonst bestraft. Der Leser muss es ausbaden.

Weiterhin stört, dass zu viel offensichtlicher Clickbait angezeigt wird, ebenso fehlt ein klarer Indikator, welche Inhalte kostenpflichtig sind.

Notizia stupide e fuorvianti. Forse 2 news su 50 possono aiutare una persona media a capire di come va il mondo. Il resto è solo come farti perdere tempo leggendo qualcosa di inutile e senza senso, perché non hai minimamente il “potere” di decidere che temi o testate leggere visto che ci buttano dentro di tutto anche senza chiederlo.

Keeps reloading everything when I switch to another app and back. So I can't just continue reading where I was.
Also slower in loading and needs more data because preview pictures are larger and it preloads all of them.
In earlier versions it was possible to switch to text-only which is useful for places with a slow connection. Not anymore.
