The app is great and does what it promises to do. God save you if you ever need support. It is horrible, the phone calls don't work and there are humongous wait times for chat. Terribly for a trillion dollar plus org
I upgraded my storage to 2 TB and I still can’t access and edit my files on google sheets
Can you fix your payment methods. Fed up of declined payment and need to fix every other month.
I never had any issues before in purchasing or upgrading the Storage packs from anywhere in the world. I am currently on a short trip to Japan from India wherein I ran out of Storage data. But all my attempts to purchase higher plans went in vain because Google didn’t allow the purchase due to Country mismatch. I am quite sure that if I change my Country in Google playstore to Japan, then ot will work. But if I do it, I won’t be allowed to change back to India when I get back. Not until for a year, as per FAQs found on Google One website. This is totally frustrating. Because of this stupid restrictions, I was forced to buy more cloud space on iCloud from Apple. Is Google planning to not use their apps when travelling to a different country. Or, they hired cheap developers who can’t do their job properly.
Why can’t i pay my google one subscription from google pay? When its the same app after all. Credit and debit card is not working, showing error. Kindly help asap, no storage at all. Thank you
I've been grappling with a persistent payment issue regarding my cloud storage subscription for an agonizing two-month stretch. The source of this predicament lies in the fact that my previous payment method, a credit card, has gracefully expired. My attempt to rectify this by adding a new credit card has led to a vexing roadblock - the one-penny authentication process is futile because the "Verify" link simply refuses to cooperate, proving unresponsive across all the browsers I've tried. Frustratingly, my efforts to resolve this matter have extended to reaching out to Google support, only to be met with an alarming void of assistance. It's disheartening to find that while Google's suite of applications is generally lauded for its quality, the same cannot be said for their customer support, which leaves users like me grappling with unresolved grievances and a sense of helplessness. In light of this persistent issue, could you please provide some guidance or assistance in resolving this matter? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
This is so frustrating every month i have to add my card to renew the subscription. Why don’t you guys add upi? And there is no response when click on verify when fixing payment methods..
Not working even after so many attempts. Highly disappointed. Feels like cheated after paying certain amount.
I have been using the premium 2TB version of Google One for more than a year now. A couple of months back the auto-debit on my credit card had failed and my iPhone photos stopped backing up. Luckily I noticed it and fixed the issue. Google needs to alert the user more effectively, in case the back up stops due to payment failure. Second, I have added a Family member for sharing the storage for saving their photos to Google Photos. However, upon opening their Photos app on their iPhone, they found a warning saying photos had stopped syncing months ago, and they needed to purchase a plan. After poking around in their app for a few minutes, the backup kicked-in and reflected the correct shared storage space. This is not a good demonstration of reliability. Apparently one needs to visit the Google photos app frequently just to check if things are in order.
