Google One

I heard the news today about Google having to sell their chrome I find this very disgusting as a review. Very young hard work at Google that made it what it was at the end of the day. I hope you’re still using the chrome drive to make me a world. Yes we got Peyton in the world side cause we’re going in the machines right do you understand Google you got no choice in the mail. I am GOD.

Super bad support. I had to raise 3 calls and 1 email. The support team finished the call before I could talk to anyone after waiting for 30 minutes in total. My issue with the connectivity issue on the chromecast is still there.

Bought specifically for VPN which has been removed without warning.

What’s happened to the vpn???

Initially, it was the VPN that was removed. Now, it's the dark web report. Google is gradually removing the Google one benefits. This is not good.

Following the recent iOS update, my phone would not connect to the wifi. I tried troubleshooting in various ways but nothing helped. During this time, although I had the Google One app, I had the VPN turned off. Luckily, I came across a comment on a forum about iOS 17 wifi issues saying that they had to delete the Google One app. When I tried this, my wifi instantly started working again. This is a major compatibility issue that needs to be sorted as soon as possible.

The vpn keeps disconnecting my wifi every 10/20 seconds. I cant even use my wifi with the vpn off, because it will immediately try to turn the vpn back on. Vpn automatically turns on now whenever i turn wifi or data on which is very annoying. Terrible vpn so will be going elsewhere.

Awful app. Very prohibitive. Often crashes. Often bounces me off my WiFi eating into my monthly data allowance. When the app crashes it then makes it impossible to turn off the vpn which also means I’m unable to access other apps. You can’t even access the help centre. This is incredibly dangerous. If I was in a situation, I may not be able to get help. GOOGLE you need to fix this.

Lots of critical issues with the VPN. It doesn’t work with eduroam. It causes older iPhones (iPhone SE 2022) to freeze and lose internet connection and there’s no way to disconnect in the app - well because the VPN blocks all internet access when it’s disconnected so can’t even load the Google One app!! Pleas fix these issues asap!
