I find most of Paynow QR code at merchants are nets QR code which Google pay doesn’t support for now. Without supporting nets QR code, Google pay usage in Singapore is very limited.

Please display the transaction after doing a paynow transfer instead of showing the homepage upon completion. We need to show it as proof of payment

Had little to no issues while using it the past few years until recently I get either 1) this person cannot receive payment on google pay Or 2) payment processing —> cancelled Very frustrating! Am thinking to stop using it and return to my bank paynow app Since the cashback rewards aren’t that frequent and super low in value 🙁 I havent even reached $50 since starting to use it in 2020? 😂

Wrote in requesting for support. After bouncing me around many times along the different departments, I got a patronising reply and they close the issue without addressing it. The staffs didn’t even refer back to the thread and just keep asking for what happened. Fast forward to today, the support staff just ignore my email requesting for update on how to proceed further with my enquiry. Total utter disregard to customers.

There’s a bug where i can’t pay via an uploaded image but scanning the QR works. Clearly, there’s an issue here. Please fix!

This is the first time I'm using a p2p payment service and waited 5 days it's syill processing. Called customer support, nothing is confirmed, no timeline, no solution. Worst service. V disappointed

If can give no star , i will give for it !!!!Was paid with FAVE QR min spent amt for Huat pals , not recorded the count and never given me a pal . Rubbish app . Cheated customer

Terms and conditions stated that the cashback from collecting all 5 Huat Pals will vary from $4.88 to $88.88. However, I got a scratch card of $0.05, after I went through the trouble of collecting all 5 Huat Pals. Obviously someone is not doing his/her job 😡
