poor assistance
my account is hacked and i also have subscription to upgrade storage so it means i have a lot of photos in that account. but still no reply or assistance provided on how to recover my photos.

App closes when saving photos, I need to open it again to upload my photos.
Backup Confusion: Where Are My Photos?
I’ve been using Google Photos for backup, and the app shows that all my pictures have been backed up. However, not all of them are reflected in the app. It’s confusing and frustrating since I can’t verify if my photos are safe or missing. I hope Google addresses this issue and provides more clarity on the backup status.
Lesser and more affordable price
The features in this app are amazing! Really, what a discovery. I always encourage my friends and families to use this. Although, besides not having a "Duplicate" option what worries me most is the price :((. I absolutely love capturing memories and looking back at it, hence why I decided to buy the 2TB but I am still a student and living off of my parents' money. I use my saved up allowance to buy storage. Google Storage is great and all but would it be possible if we kindly ask for a student discount? I also wonder if we will continuously have to pay for the storage every month? or will it end in about 1-3 years? Thank you.
PLEASE REMOVE PARTIAL UPLOAD
Please please please remove partial upload. This app would really be the best if ALL photos/videos are fully backed up even if it would take time to upload. Partially uploaded never gets fully uploaded or if it did, there's just really no way to check which photos. I've been sharing this app to everyone but all their comments are about the partial upload being really useless. There's also no way to check the uploads history. I don't get why this basic feature doesn't exist and unnecessary feature like the partial upload does. I really am a huge fan of this app, so please consider this.

I’ve been using this app since it used to be free and I’m heavily reliant on this app to back up my photos/videos However, as someone who has a ton of folders (for organizing) can we go back to having recent folders show up on top when adding items instead of random folders ? it’s kind of tedious looking for a folder when it’s buried down the folder selections. Would be really helpful to have a search bar as well when adding items into an already existing folder

Photos Partially Uploaded
Not a good storage to back-up your treasured photos. Photos backed-up shows “partial upload” which results to poor quality of back-up photo. Such a waste! No resolution and no way to fix

have a 2TB subscription and having a hard time looking for a specific set of videos hoping that we could make use of the description to organize a batch of pics or videos by using a hashtag been promoting google photos to my friends since 2018 hoping this request be granted thanks
