Accessibility
Over the last two months I have been struggling to access photos fro projects on iMovie as an example. I am paying a premium and have unlimited access but but downloading just doesn’t happen!

Perfect for picture backup and keeping your phone clean.
Add Desktop App feature
It would be great to have a Windows desktop app feature similar to other apps. This will make synchronisation between devices and Windows laptop seamless.
Poor app service - Minimal automatic back up
It should be automatic, I am paying so much money for this application but need to do manual updates all the time! They are so time consuming and never work. Why have I been trying to back up both over WiFi and data for videos of an event that took place almost 3 weeks ago????! No man.
