Google Play Books & Audiobooks

When trying to sign in the keyboard does not appear (iPad) and I am unable to login at all. Not sure if an iPad or google books problem.

I don’t understand why my highlights are not being saved. Please help.

Very basic

I love play books, but why the heck do we have to go the a website to purchase a new book instead of doing it all through the app? Every other app has this function and I just don’t understand why you guys don’t have this?? I find it really frustrating.

I bought some gift cards with my spare cash while visiting another country and tried to put them into Google play. The cards say they work if you are in the country. But the app blocks the redeem. Even if you are in the correct country. Now I have $200 in gift cards I can’t redeem

All my Google Book purchases have disappeared from my library. I have tried all the solutions provided by Google and absolutely nothing has worked.

My number one go to for ebooks until it goes wrong. My last purchase of two books, one which exports as ACSM for EPUB and the other and the other which goes to 404. That’s an error. The requested URL /books/download/The_Lost_World_of_Genesis_One-epub.acsm?id=6qZLAz3TckgC&format=epub&output=acs4_fulfillment_token&source=gbs_api&authuser=0was not found on this server. That’s all we know From google it’s not possible to directly contact them about the error. It’s not possible to get a solution to the problem even though it’s a known error. It’s not possible to get a refund for the book in question even though it’s in breach of Australian Consumer Law. $36.28 is not much to return to me when they’re clearly at fault. $36.28 doesn’t mean I won’t eat but I don’t have that money to give away to an company like Google.

Make status bar for time and date hide when reading books. It’s annoying always seeing clock when reading

Having trouble using content page. Doesn’t jump to required title, stays on the same page. Currently on ios17.1.1.
