Google Play Books & Audiobooks

I use dark theme for my iPadOS, but i prefer reading in light theme, Google books defaults to system theme, no matter how many times i changes my theme inside book, every time i open a book it reverts to dark theme. Please give option to set theme inside Google Books.

I have been using this app since ages across all devices, it works great. But suddenly I am unable to download any of my uploaded books. Please fix this asap or prove a solution.

Everything is good but they should avail the read aloud in ios devices also ,,thats the major drawbacks here

Best book reading cross platform application

I love the accessibility and functionality, but I am used to Apple Books’ vertical scrolling feature and can’t do without it.

Google developers thanks for making this app because it has meanings and a bookmark. First time I didn’t know how to put books at the bookshelf’s but now I know it. Now,instead of one bookshelf I made two bookshelf’s.

This app is good but lacks one feature which is very essential and that is to view book single page at a time rather than viewing 2 different pages at the same time as left and right

Would love to have option to select multiple books and assign them to one or multiple shelf.

It supports all the features of uploaded epub but doest even let me highlight or mark anything on uploaded pdf, thats very annoying pls add that too! Thanks!

I’ve been using google play books, since I was in school and it made reading just so easy and convenient for me, I just needed my phone and that’s all, I like e-books better than physical books as they are easy to store, re-ready, carry anywhere, I also use play books on my iPad and it feels like a real book and all the highlights I do are saved in my drive which I really like. I’ve tried using kindle app too but I feel it’s just hyped in comparison of play books.
