Browser version is better
Whilst I would recommend this over other spreadsheet apps, I don’t think the app version is as good as the browser version of sheets. It’s unclear where all of the features are.

Been using this app for sometime now and had no issues at all hence the 5 stars.
Useful across devices, but whereabouts of editing tools & buried menu items not intuitive
Google sheets is a wonderful and simple spreadsheet, and even better ITS FREE.
For my particular use-cases, Google sheets has proven to be more than helpful and does the job really really well. I can do everything I am able to in Microsoft Excel and still save as Excel format in case I want to then edit using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, it is pretty much free to use. Incredible. To sum it up, it works well on mobile devices too.
Fantastic app. Keep it up
I use Google Sheets to help to keep all of my players fit and string for rugby. It’s the easiest way to centralise their S&C Training. However, there is a major issue with the consistency of the app. It slows me right down when it comes to my programming and it is very frustrating to use as there just always seems to be a problem with ease of use features
I wanted to move my Excel spreadsheets from my PC to the Cloud. Google drive was my solution and the Sheets app supported all my requirements. Easy to use and ticks all the boxes for my not too taxing needs. It won’t do everything that Excel will do but that wasn’t a problem for me.
Functions well except for it’s bewildering behaviour in conjunction with Google cloud saving many additional copies of certain files ? Then you have to trawl through all the additional ones to find original or waste time constantly deleting them. Also some have duplicate names!
3 dots (for selecting option) disappear on iOS. Also when you change the color of a folder sometimes it will still go back to grey
