Google 簡報已整合到 Google Workspace：無論團隊人數多寡，都可以使用 Google Workspace 進行即時通訊、建立各種檔案及協同合作。
Google Workspace 訂閱者可使用額外的 Google 簡報功能，包括：
* 與業務合作夥伴、整個團隊或外部聯絡人線上協作同一份簡報。你可以控制要讓使用者擁有編輯、檢視或加註權限。* 從頭開始建立簡報，或選擇使用範本快速建立簡報。此外，你還能在簡報中加入影片、圖片、繪圖和轉場效果，讓簡報更具吸引力。* 可跨電腦、Mac、行動裝置和平板電腦處理工作，並透過手機或平板電腦查看或甚至分享簡報畫面，這樣就能不斷演練簡報內容直到上臺的前一刻。

攝影機：用於視訊通話時的攝影機模式，以及用於插入攝影機拍攝的影像。
麥克風：用於在視訊通話中傳輸音訊。
