Dear Google Team, I would like to express my deepest apologies and regret for the deactivation of my Google account. On February 17, 2025, I found that my account was suddenly unusable due to content activity on Google Photos that was deemed to violate Google's policies. I realize that this was my negligence. I never had the slightest intention to violate the policies set by Google. I simply assumed that Google Photos did not limit the type of content I wanted to save, especially since it was very personal and intended for personal consumption only. I was completely unaware of the violation until my account was suddenly logged out of the device and could not be accessed, accompanied by a notification that my account was involved in activities that violated the policy. After this incident, I realized that a few days earlier I had shared the content to my own second Google account, not to someone else's account. I suspect this may have been interpreted by the system as an attempt to disseminate content that violates the policy. With full awareness of the mistake that has occurred, I would like to express my sincere apologies to Google and hope that the deactivation of my account can be reconsidered. I ask for wisdom and understanding from Google for the following reasons: 1. Use of Account for Personal and Professional Interests This Google Account is very important to me because it is used to store personal data and work needs, including business matters that are highly dependent on Google services. 2. Potential Loss of Important Contacts In this account, there are many important contacts that I really need, especially for work and professional communication. 3. Priceless Personal Memories My Google Photos are filled with memorable photos that are very precious to me. These photos are not just pictures, but also store irreplaceable moments that have very deep emotional value. Starting from memories with family who have passed away, special moments with people I love, to documentation of a meaningful life journey. Losing access to these memories has had an extraordinary emotional impact on me. For the past few days, I have felt deep sadness and frustration, remembering all the memories stored there. I feel a great loss, as if a part of my life has been erased along with the loss of access to the account. I really appreciate Google's services that have helped me store those precious memories.
