Ticketing

Very convenient to buy train tickets when going to Dallas.

Poor service

This app is terrible does not have active notifications, drivers cancel rides , go link service needs to be updated … I’ve been fired from jobs depending on this service.

Great for out of towners

I got this app when we came to Dallas for the 2024 Eclipse. We didn’t need to rent a car, which speaks to the quality of the DART. This app has got you covered not only for buses and trains but walking as well. Ticket purchases are easy once you have payment saved. The trip planner is helpful once you get used to it. Also, phone support was surprisingly good. I needed that when I realized I bought the wrong ticket type.

This app is garbage

This app does not work. Every time I try to login with my Gmail account it pushes me to reregister a new account won’t allow me to login with my existing account. Additionally, I pay for a regional pass to travel across the DFW metroplex for work and this app won’t load my information for my employer. I spent three weeks paying for a service I couldn’t use because this app won’t function properly.

Awful update

The new update will not show any bus stops!!

Best public transit app I’ve ever used

Seriously good. Did you know DART even has a service to pay for a smart phone? Probably because they take this app seriously.
