I downloaddd the Dart pass. I tried buying a ticket with a card that wasn’t saved. It didn’t accept it. These aren’t user friendly. I even tried to upload a new card but it didn’t take because I had to many cards linked. I couldn’t erase the card and add a new one. So I had use my Apple Pay which is not what I wanted to use

Love/hate relationship with the app. I love it, but you have to use other sources to find things. Do I need local or regional? Dunno. Where are the stations? Use Google maps. What is the TRE schedule? Use their web site. It’s so freaking annoying.

It was my first time taking the bus in Plano and it felt great. The driver patiently helped me teach me how to put the bike at the front of the bus and activate the boarding code. It was so convenient!
